Best Direct-to-Lung Vape Tanks: A 2024 Guide
Much like the world of MTL tanks, DTL tanks can be as hard to navigate if not more, the analogy of buying a new care works here too, with hundred of tanks released each year it only feels right for us, to once again, tell you a bit about our favourites from 2023. We’ll update this again in 2024 if anything is released that blows our minds.
The Best Vape Tank Overall
£27.99 with Free Next Working Day Delivery
Horizon tech have long made some of the best coils on the market, and the Falcon King uses arguably the best of the lot, that being the M-Dual a 0.23 powerhouse of a coil, running at around 75watts, it produces a clean, dense and flavour rich vapour that very few other tanks come close to. We voted this one best overall as there is very little to say against the falcon king. The only negative with the tank is the top fill opening latch, that without proper care can start to open by itself, even so the experience you get from the tank is well worth it.
Personally I have found it hard to go from the falcon to any other sub-ohm tank, as I am often disappointed with how little flavour some tanks offer when compared to the king.
Best Vape Tank for Cloud Chasing
TFV16 by SMOK
£27.99 with Free Next Working Day Delivery
The SMOK TFV16 Tank is tailored specifically for cloud chasers. With its impressive TFV16 mesh coils; this tank is designed to produce massive vapour clouds with a reasonable amount of flavour.
What makes this tank work for cloud chasing is its massive coils and overkill airflow, running around 120watts on most of the coils, in combination with all of them being mesh; this tank throws out an absurd amount of vapour.
In essence, the SMOK TFV16 Tank is more than just a vaping accessory; it's a statement piece for those who prioritize cloud production. Its design and advanced features firmly establish it as a "king of vapour" in the sub ohm tank category, making it a must-try for enthusiasts aiming to show off in front of their friends.
The Best Budget Tank
£5.99 For a Pack of 2
I know we gave the same award to the mouth to lung version of the same pods, but the point still stands. You simply can’t quite beat the simplicity and cost of these badass little pod tanks. With2 of these tanks setting you back around £5.99, you can easily get set up to use one and a base for it for well under £20, you really can’t beat them on price to performance. You’re not going to get the same flavour as the flacon or the amount of vapour as the TFV16, but what you will get is a very satisfying vaping experience that is a bit more budget oriented.
With an easy to use Plug and Play design, your coils simply slot into the bottom of the tank, open the rubber bung, fill with juice, wait for 5 minutes and you’re ready to go.
