For UK residents only (Excluding Jersey) all orders are sent via Interlink next working day delivery service. Enter your telephone number and email address on your delivery details when you place an order you will receive an email and/or text message providing you with tracking details and a one hour delivery window with a host of rescheduling options both the night before and on the day of delivery.
If you place your order before 3pm (15:00GMT) then we will process and despatch your order the same day excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays ensuring next working day delivery. Those ordered after 1pm will receive their order within 2 working days.
This is a guideline timescale only as in the majority of cases the vast majority of orders received before 5pm (17:00GMT) are still received the next working day depending on current order volumes.
If you spend more than £20.00 then you will qualify for free delivery. If you order qualifies for free delivery then it will still be sent via Interlink next working day delivery service.
You are responsible for providing the correct details and shipping address when creating an account or placing an order on the site.
We cannot be held responsible for the non arrival of goods, due to incorrect or incomplete details being submitted at the time of ordering.
If for some reason you have entered incorrect delivery details and we are unable to ship your goods, your order will be placed on hold, an email will be sent to you informing you that the details are wrong. Upon receipt of the correct details we will process and despatch your order as a matter of urgency.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of e-liquid for refunds or replacements. You accept this condition by placing an order with us.
Taste is very subjective so we recommend trying the flavours in the smallest available bottle size.
