Delivery

For UK residents only (Excluding Jersey) all eliquid orders are sent via DPD Local next working day delivery service. Enter your telephone number and email address on your delivery details when you place an order and you will receive an email and/or text message providing you with tracking details and a one hour delivery window with a host of rescheduling options both the night before and on the day of delivery.

If you spend more than £25.00 then you will qualify for free delivery. If you order qualifies for free delivery then your eliquid will still be sent via DPD Local next working day delivery service.

If you place your order before 1pm (13:00GMT) then we will process and dispatch your eliquid the same day excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays ensuring next working day delivery. Those ordered after 1pm will receive their order within 2 working days.

This is a guideline timescale only as in the majority of cases the vast majority of orders received before 3pm (15:00GMT) are still received the next working day depending on current order volumes.

Steeping

All shake to vape eliquids orders are made custom to your requirements, as a result, when you receive your items they will be less than 24 hours old and will therefore benefit from steeping.
